Points to one ipHostsAliveTable table entry specified via
'ipHostsAliveIPAddress', therefore in conjunction with the
'Keep Alive Monitoring' feature it's possible to check the
reachability of the subnet determined by ipLoadBIfRtDest or
ipLoadBIfExtRtDest. Note that it's not (!) mandatory that
ipLoadBIfTrackingAddr is part of this IP subnet.
