scalar SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
This is a count of all the emails coming into postfix and also 
includes emails which do not contain any URL or attachment (email on 
fast path). This will be the cumulative value and maintained across 
appliance reboots.  feTotalEmailCountL is the low order 32bit of the
64bit counter.
