scalar SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
This is the cumulative count of all the URLs that were analyzed and is 
the same as 'Total URLs Analyzed' that we currently show in the output 
to CLI command 'show email-analysis statistics'. This counter will 
maintain its value across reboots.  feAnalyzedUrlCountH is the high order 
32bit of the 64bit counter.
