column mandatory FcAddressId
This is the assigned Fibre Channel ID of
this port.  This value is expected to be
a Big Endian value of 24 bits. If this is
loop, then it is the ALPA that is connected.
If this is an eport, then it will only
contain the domain ID left justified, zero
filled. If this port does not have a Fibre
Channel address, return all bits set to 1.
