The exponential backoff multiple to be used in the calculation of the next timeout value for Neighbor Solicitation transmission during NUD (neighbor unreachabililty detection) following the exponential backoff algorithm. The next timeout value is limited to a maximum value of 60 seconds if the value with exponential backoff calculation is greater than 60 seconds.
