The source port number of the TCP or UDP protocol. If the
numMacIpExternDestOP object in the same row is range(5), this
object will be the starting port number of the port range.
This object cannot be configured if numMacIpExternStatus in the 
same row is active(1) or numMacIpExternDestOP in the same row
is noOperator(0).
