The source port number of the TCP or UDP protocol. If the
nameMacIpExternSrcOP object in the same row is range(5), this
object will be the ending port number of the port range.
This object cannot be configured if nameMacIpExternStatus in the 
same row is active(1) or nameMacIpExternSrcOP in the same row
is not range(5).
