A flag used internally by the iSCSI subsystem to determine the upgrade history of this storage group and infer the default iSCSI Target Portal Group ID. This value is changed internally by the group management daemon as members are added or upgraded such that the value is non zero if any group member has been previously configured with firmware prior to 2.3.6
