Current-limiting point coefficient of the batteries, can be configured by users. Value range: 0.05 to 0.5, units: C10, and the value is accurate to two decimal places (.01). If the value is 2147483647(0x7FFFFFFF), it indicates that the value is invalid. There is linkage between hwSetBattsChargeOvercurAlmThreshold and hwSetBattsCurrLimitCoefficient. Current-limiting point coefficient must be less than or equal to the charge overcurrent alarm threshold.
