column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Set this to 'true' to trigger BGP to re-send all routes
to the peer for this AFI/SAFI.  If the peer supports
enhanced route refresh, then this will be sent as an
unsolicited enhanced route refresh.
              
Setting this field will only have an effect if a BGP
session to the peer is active.
              
This field always has the value 'false' when read.
