scalar Enumeration

The type of external clock that provides the reference
for this DTI server.
'none' indicates the DTI server has no timing reference 
   input.
'gps' indicates the timing source is GPS.
'network' indicates the timing is obtained from a network
   such as a PDH, or SONET network.
