One-way retry timer. The retry timer that determines
when the client attempts to rescan for a DOCSIS
downstream channel that contains DSG packets after a
dsgIfTimerTdsg1 or dsgIfTimerTdsg2 timeout.
Default value is 30 minutes. The value 0 indicates that
the client will immediately begin scanning upon
dsgIfTimerTdsg1 or dsgIfTimerTdsg2 timeout.
