column Unsigned32 
An object that identifies an index for the queue table
reflecting the queue index of the queues that are
reported in the MPCP REPORT message as defined in
[802.3ah], clause 64.
The number of queues is between 0 and 7, and limited by
dot3ExtPkgObjectReportMaximumNumQueues.
