dot3MpcpLinkID

An object that identifies the Logical Link
Identifier (LLID) associated with the MAC of the virtual
link as specified in [802.3ah], clause 65.1.3.2.2.
This object is applicable for an OLT and an ONU.  At the
OLT, it has a distinct value for each virtual interface.
The ONU and the corresponding virtual MAC of the OLT,
for the same virtual link, have the same value.
Value is assigned when the ONU registers.
Value is freed when the ONU deregisters.
