this rule.
An IP packet matches the rule when the packet
source address bitwise ANDed with the
docsQosPktClassInetSourceMask value equals the
docsQosIpPktClassInetSourceAddr value.
              
If the referenced parameter is not present
in a classifier, this object reports the value of
'FFFFFFFF'H.
