scalar r/w TriggerFlag 
Turns individual diagnostic triggers on and off.
Multiple triggers can be turned on or off at a given time.
Setting a particular bit to '1' turns on correspon
dingdiagnostic trigger. Setting a particular bit to '0' turns
off corresponding diagnostic trigger.
