To configure the UDP port on which the VPC switch listens to
the DCPDP messages.
Configurable range is 1 to 65535. Default value is 50000.
              
NOTE: In order to set value for the object, need to set values for agentPeerIpAddr, 
agentSourceIpAddr, agentPeerRowStatus, agentDcpdpUdpPort objects simultaneously.
To reset the object to the default state, the agentPeerRowStatus object should be used.
