This object specifies the interval between the MAC notifications
generated by the device.
If the value of agentSwitchMnTrapEnabled is true(1), the
device will send MAC change notifications and archive the events in
the agentSwitchMnHistoryTable. If the value of
agentSwitchMnTrapEnabled is false(2), then device will not
send the MAC notifications but it will archive these events
in the agentSwitchMnHistoryTable.
If the value of this object is greater or equal to 1, then device
will wait for a configured time and generate the MAC change
notifications and archive the events in the
agentSwitchMnHistoryTable.
