Current Operating Channel Mode of the port
active(1)    - it will always send frames along the configured links.
passive(2)   - If the actor and partner are both in passive mode, they do not
                exchange LACP packets.
on(3)  - force the port to enable channeling (Manual).
disabled(4) - channeling is disabled.
