The list of offsets to be included in the Flow Classification Offset Group are specified as subidentifiers in the OID(after the first 2 bytes which must be 1.1). The maximal number of permissible offsets is given by rlPolicyNumberOfOffsetsPerFlowClassificationOffsetGroup. The maximal value that an offset can have is rlPolicyFlowClassificationOffsetGroupMaximumOffset.
