In case of auto-discovery the default prefix advertised is the IP address of the loopback. In case the user wants to override the loopback address, vplsBgpADConfigPrefix should be set. When this value is non-zero this value is used along with vplsBgpADConfigRouteDistinguisher in the NLRI, see [RFC 6074]
