when the swPowerStatus changes as in the following cases:
lowVoltage  -> overCurrent.
lowVoltage  -> working.
lowVoltage  -> disconnect.
lowVoltage  -> connect.

overCurrent -> working.
overCurrent -> disconnect.
overCurrent -> connect.
working     -> lowVoltage.
working     -> overCurrent.
working     -> connect.
working     -> disconnect.
fail        -> connect.
fail        -> disconnect.
connect     -> lowVoltage.
connect     -> overCurrent.
