If broadcast traffic is below this rate and rising threshold condition has been met at least once before this falling threshold is met, the device will apply the action described in swPortCtrlBroadcastFallingAct. The default value 250. The setting must be fewer than the value in swPortCtrlBroadcastRisingThr.
