When this node is a PLR, this field specifies the maximum period that the node should wait on initiating the setup of a backup LSP before sending a Resv message upstream for the protected LSP. A value of 0 means that the node should wait indefinitely. This field is only valid if this node is defined as PLR capable in the _dcRsvpProductFastRerouteCapabilities_ field above.
