The maximum number of {group, interface} pairs for which
DC-PIM TIB Manager is allowed to store (*,G,I) state.  A
value of zero means that there is no limit.
              
Decreasing this value to less than
pimTmEntStarGIStateStored will not cause existing state to
be deleted.
