Object
column r/w
millisecondsUnsigned32
The value this router inserts into the Override_Interval field of the LAN Prune Delay option in the PIM Hello messages it sends on dynamic interfaces, that is, the preferred maximum value of the randomized interval during which a PIM router can override another PIM router's Prune message. This acts to reduce the risk of overriding Join message implosion, and hence is often related to the size of the PIM router population on the link. This field is ignored if pimTmEntMgmdProxy is set to 'true'.
