The state resulting from (S,G,rpt) Join/Prune messages
received on this interface. This corresponds to the state
of the downstream per-interface (S,G,rpt) state machine in
the PIM-SM specification (RFC4601).
This field is only relevant for PIM-SM. It is ignored if
any of the following are true:
- pimSGPimMode is not set to 'ssm' or 'asm'
- pimTmEntMgmdProxy is set to 'true'.
