of the downstream per-interface (S,G) state machine in the
PIM-SM and PIM-DM specifications (RFC4601 and RFC3973
respectively).
              
For MGMD Proxy or Snooping, or BIDIR-PIM groups, this
field is set to 'noInfo'.
