address type of the assert winner; otherwise, this object
is unknown(0).
              
DC-PIM returns 'ipv4', 'ipv6' or 'unknown' for this
object.
              
This field is ignored if pimTmEntMgmdProxy is set to
'true', or pimTmEntMode is set to 'mgmd-snooping' or
'mgmd-proxy', or the group is operating in bidir mode.
