The number of DF election messages which have been
received by this DC-PIM Neighbor Manager entity.
              
If 'bidir' is clear for pimTmEntMode, this count will be
zero.  Any received DF election messages will count
towards the value of pimNmEntStatsNumRecvIgnoredType
instead.
