The maximum number of groups for which DC-PIM TIB Manager
is allowed to store (*,G,I) state specific to this
interface.  A value of zero means that there is no limit.
              
Decreasing this value to less than
pimInterfaceStarGStateStored will not cause existing state
to be deleted.
