column mandatory r/w OctetString 
This variable is used to read and write the outputs of the digital I/O port. 
The OCTETS are interpreted bit-by-bit, with each bit corresponding to an output. 
Bit 0 corresponds to the LSB.
OCTET 1, Bit 0-3: Digital outputs 8-11
         Bit 4-7: unused
OCTET 2, Bit 0-7: Digital outputs 0-7
