This object allows the user to select an IBM LLC LSAP value not
specified above.
When ctTransIbmLlcOtherMode is enabled all frames outbound on this
token ring port and providing a match between this value and the
outbound packet's LSAP value and where the packet originated on an
ethernet network will have the IBM LLC protocol field of five bytes
stripped from the packet.
