column mandatory RFC1155-SMICounter 
The number of  previous  intervals  for  which
valid data was collected for the DS1 mib, which
is currently RFC1406.  This counter is similar to
RFC1406 dsx1ValidIntervals except that the count
represents the total number of complete 15 minute
intervals since the ds1 interface has been online,
and does not stop at the 24 hour period.
