scalar mandatory r/w Enumeration 
Sets the administrative state of the IPX Echo. Enabled (3) causes
IPX ECHO to become active on any configured IPX router ports.
Disabled (2) causes IPX Echo to perform a graceful shutdown on any
active IPX router port.
