Object
Specifies the amount of time (in seconds) to wait before removing an entry from the route table, after receiving an update indicating that the destination has become unreachable. All routers exchanging RIP routing protocol information must have the same hold down time. The time must be long enough to allow all participating routers to receive the same update.
