scalar mandatory r/w RFC1155-SMIIpAddress 
The IP address of the NMS (i.e., any IP host) that is
allowed to use TFTP to send/retrieve the configuration
file of the ELS100-16. A value of 0.0.0.0 (which is
the factory specified default) prevents any NMS from
obtaining access, while a value of 255.255.255.255
gives every NMS permission.
