The precedence of this routing rule, 
compared to other routes which may have been 
learned vie other methods. Translates into 
ipCidrRouteMetric5 in ipCidrRouteTable
(RFC2096).
Higher values mean lower precedence.
The Agent initialize this value as follows:
0 -  drStaticCidrCRPType of bridgingFWLB 
     or routingFWLB
250 - drStaticCidrCRPType of regularStatic
