Deleting this row means deleting the 
corresponding entry in IpAddrTable (MIB II). 
Deleting an IP interface also causes deletion
of all static routes defined on this IP 
interface, as well as protocol interfaces
(e.g. RIP and OSPF) defined on 
this IP interface.
