inbound - netbios broadcasts received from the
        interface are rebarodcasted
outbound - netbios broadcastrs are rebraodcasted 
        to this interface.
both - netbios are rebroadacsted both from
	       and to this interface,
disable - netbios is not rebraodcasted 
	          neither from nor to this interface.
mandatoryly only both and disable are supported
