Enumeration
UPS on battery will enter sleeping when the variable is set to turnOffUpsToConserveBattery(2). When utility power recovers the UPS will turn back on. Trying to turn off a UPS that is not on battery mode will cause badValue error. It is no effective to set this value to noTurnOffUps(1).
