scalar mandatory r/w RFC1155-SMITimeTicks 
The time after power failure at which the UPS begins giving
audible alarms. This timer is effective only if the value of
upsAdvanceConfigAlarm is timed(1).
Accepted values are between 0 to 60 seconds.
If a value other than a supported value is set, the value
will not be accepted.
