INFORMATIONAL: A cancel pending command has been made on a
Switched Rack PDU.
The first argument is the serial number.
The second argument is the device name.
The third argument is the outlet index number (0 indicates all outlets).
The fourth argument is the outlet name (or device name if all outlets).
