This is the aggregate condition of all tape drives in this storage
system chassis.
The following values are defined:
              
    other(1)
      The condition cannot be determined or is not supported on
      this storage system.
              
    ok(2)
      All tape drives are operating normally.
              
    degraded(3)
      At least one tape drive is degraded.
              
    failed(4)
      At least one tape drive is failed.
