Object
A time period in milliseconds. Register recall detection is enabled while the registerRecallMinTime is less than the onHookMinTime. If then the CP-IWF detects a loop open period longer than the registerRecallMinTime but shorter than the onHookMinTime, it shall report a register recall line signal to the CO-IWF via CCS.
