This objects controls the encoding switching for ISDN-BRI user
ports. 
masterSlave, the profile entry used by the CP-IWF is the same
as that selected  by the CO-IWF.
	   indepndent - the CP-IWF can select the profile entry used for 
	   transmission independently of the CO-IWF.
