scalar mandatory r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
Specifies whether or not the SSH session key 
re-exchange is enabled. By default, 
SSH session key re-exchange is disabled.
When this MIB is set, the switch will initiate
SSH key re-exchange if the number of encrypted packets 
reaches 268435456. This is to comply with RFC 4251.
