The operational status of the IGMP feature for this
port or trunk.  1 implies that all IP Multicast traffic
will be monitored on the port, 2 implies that
IP Multicast traffic will be dropped on the port, and
3 implies that all IP Multicast traffic will be
forwarded without the switch examining it.
