column CM-COMMON-MIBPerfCounter64 
The total number of sequence gaps across all
packets received in the current interval. If (Received Seq Number)
is greater than or equal to (Last Received Seq Number + 2))
it is termed as a sequence gap.
NOTE: This is not applicable for Y.1731 probes.
