cmEthernetAccPortDeiEnable

This is a port level control to reset the DEI 
(Drop Eligibility Indicator) bit in the S-Tag,
if the downstream equipment supports S-Tag TPID (EtherType) but 
cannot handle DEI bit set. In the receive direction,
it uses the S-TAG DEI when enabled, else ignores it.
 The following comment is NOT relevant to OSA8.1.1, 
 since this object is still supported by OSA8.1.1.
The object has been deprecated.
The respective configuration should be managed
by following objects:
cmEthernetAccPortRxDeiAction, cmEthernetAccPortTxDeiAction,
cmEthernetAccPortRxDeiOuterTagType, cmEthernetAccPortTxDeiOuterTagType.
